Regular amber Syrup cooked to 68brix on wood fire, the amber blend is regular to us but this is not a regular maple syrup, the slow boiling process and types of trees we are extracting from, creates flavours that is are hard to describe, like caramelized smoked and sweet kind a flavour, just mmm mmm!
