At Little Ouest Maple Taps, our love for maple syrup runs in the family. Growing up in the sugar bush of Saint‑Quentin and Kedgwick, New Brunswick, we learned from generations how to tap the trees, boil the sap, and bring out the rich, deep flavour that true maple lovers crave.

Keeping Tradition Alive

Our journey didn’t stop when life took us west to Alberta, we simply brought our roots with us. Missing the bold, wood‑fired taste of authentic maple syrup, we decided to share that cherished flavour with others. What began as family tradition became a labour of love and the foundation of Little Ouest Maple Taps.
